Sometimes I create work I don’t at first like, I had to learn to walk away, then approach the artwork with Fresh Eyes.
Also, another trick is to take a picture and edit the picture.
Even if this still doesn’t work, I use a viewfinder to isolate areas that I do like, A form of Abstraction.

Another wonderful few hours spent with Lou, as she teaches about textures, surfaces, paint and composition. Very easy to follow for beginners and experienced artists alike, taking you back to basics and bringing back the enjoyment of playing with art. Highly recommended
